help topics are accessible via  the HELP commands of the other Services clients:

/msg NickServ HELP
for information on registering nicknames

for information on registering and controlling channels

for information on sending messages to off-line users

/msg BotServ HELP
for information on setting up a bot on your channel

/msg HostServ HELP
for information on setting up nick vHosts
