You can only use 5 SSL simultaneous connections from your ip to
this network on port 6697 but only 1 connection will be allowed
if it is without ssl (port 6667). This is valid for any 6667 Tor or
regular irc port connections to this network.

Wait at least 30 seconds beforereconnect to avoid network flood.
